Giant Buddies met at Hilltop today to ask and answer questions about middle school/high school experiences.
Hilltop students sharpening their skills for Math Masters and checking in on Science Fair project progress.
Hilltop 4th/5th graders had a fun-filled morning demonstrating all they have learned about Pioneer life for their VIPs/Grandparents. They did a grand March, square dance and the Virginia Reel. They also sang some classics with local musicians. After the dance, they went to their classrooms to conduct interviews, build a raft for transporting gold and sharing their pioneer research presentations. Their hard work paid off and a great time was had by all.
St. Anne's and Hilltop 4th grade students participated in the Kindness Retreat. Together they learned how to show kindness to everyone, stand up to bullies, and make the school and world a better place. Huge thanks to @LSHPTO, @lesueurcommunityfoundations, @unitedfundoflesueur and @lesueurrotary for their generous donations to make this event possible!

HIlltop staff is super bummed not to be welcoming students back in person tomorrow, but for the safety of everyone, tomorrow (1/3/2023) is an E-Learning Day!
The choice board for 4th/5th grade students will be emailed and posted in the morning. You can also find it using this web address: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xbEVQBG7aljOggrk2umIFL4q2kaAPJUIJuwvJLN4aGE/edit?pli=1
Teachers will be reaching out to offer support as well. Do not hesitate to utilize the support.
Students should bring the choice board and completed work to school when we return as this will be evidence of their attendance.
If your child is ill, please call the office and leave a message so they are excused for the day.
