Students at Hilltop reviewed and began checking out the Division I Maud Hart Lovelace book award books. This award is sponsored by Minnesota Youth Reading Awards. Students will at read at least 3 of the 10 books and vote for their favorite. Who will win?

Mrs. Powell's class took on a challenge to design an egg drop that would protect the egg by using only straws, rubber bands, and tape. They were successful with 3 of the designs. Looks like we have some future engineers!
