She will be sharing her own work and creating a shape parade banner with the students. See the finished work hanging at the Winter Concert on December 15. First Graders celebrated Thanksgiving with a pie party! All First Graders were able to share what they were thankful for while enjoying some pie! Thank you to all the parents that donated and made it such a special event. #GaintPride

Thank you so much for supporting our book fair! We set a new record in sales and will use the money to buy new books for the library. The students are so excited to have access to all of the books that were available at the fair.

These donations will be split between the LeSueur and Sibley County food shelves. The two K-2 classrooms with the most donations were: Mrs. Tesch's Kindergarten class with a total of 144.5 lbs and Ms. Donahue's First Grade class with a total of 78.2 lbs. The two 3-5 classrooms with the most donations were: Mrs. Gupton's Third Grade class with a total of 152.4 lbs and Ms. Glass's Fifth Grade class with a total of 257 lbs! There were some Wild Things telling stories in the library media center! Ms. Nancy told us a funny Turkish folktale about a rooster who outsmarted a sultan and 2nd Graders retold the story of Henny Penny. Our Foxy Loxy was so convincing and sly! 🦊🐓🐔
